Paredes Design Consultants' was responsible for recommendations on site issues pertaining to: pedestrian and vehicle circulation, building massing/placement, relationship to future structures, and planning for support area development.

New Administration Building

Paredes Design Consultants assisted the client from concept to reality by providing:

In addition, Paredes Design Consultants established Office Design Standards, Site Plans, Transportation and Pedestrian Circulation.  Our unique ability to establish priorities and mediate between user groups to create a Project Consensus Document along with Scope to Budget Validation Plan was key to the success of this project. 

Utilities Expansion Project - Cooling tower, Switch Yard, and Chiller Plant Expansion

Paredes Design Consultants' developed several site plan options for the relocation of the existing utilities and planned for future expansion as part of the entire utilities loop system. Landscape buffers were also designed to screen the site from public view.

Nursery, Green house and Service Yard Complex

Paredes Design Consultant’s updated the site plan, assisted in defining the programmatic requirements, and created a schematic package for the entire complex. A phased implementation plan for future expansion was also included.
