stretching the dollar to create better learning environments........

Paredes Design Consultants Corporation has assisted Orange County Public Schools since 1999 by providing Owners Representation, Planning and Design Management Services. The county's $2.1 Billion Dollar School Construction Program is one of the most aggressive construction programs in the nation. In the past thirteen years, we have successfully opened 67 New and Replacement  Schools, all on schedule and within budget. The total budget for these Schools was over $1.5 Billion. The State has awarded the School District $21 million for constructing these Schools for less than State mandated cost per student station. This was achieved through our development of prototype designs and value engineering efforts. Our future is equally challenging with plans for 11 additional Schools and 66 campus renovation projects by 2020.
